FTEK Tek Lift
The FTEK TEK-LIFT is a purpose-built crop work platform designed for commercial greenhouse environments. Rather than adapting a conventional scissor-lift design, the TEK-LIFT uses a compact telescopic lifting system that keeps the machine simple, accessible and easy to operate.
Designed around the day-to-day needs of greenhouse teams, the TEK-LIFT provides a practical platform for working at height while remaining easy to handle at ground level. Its open design makes it well suited to frequent movement between rows, regular operator changes and the demanding conditions of a working greenhouse.
A different approach to the traditional scissor lift
Traditional crop trolleys rely on a scissor mechanism beneath the platform. While proven, this creates a large moving structure with numerous joints and pinch points and can make the machine more cumbersome to access and relocate.
The TEK-LIFT replaces that mechanism with a telescopic mast. The result is a cleaner, more open machine that is designed to be safer around operators, easier to move around the greenhouse and easier to get on and off throughout the working day.
What Sets Us Apart
Safer by design
Removing the traditional scissor mechanism eliminates many of the exposed moving joints and pinch points associated with scissor lifts. The TEK-LIFT’s simpler lifting arrangement creates a cleaner working area around the machine and reduces operator exposure to moving mechanical components.
Easier to move
Moving a work platform from one row to the next is a regular part of working in a glasshouse. Traditional scissor lifts can be heavy and cumbersome to push.
The TEK-LIFT is lighter to push and easier to manoeuvre, making it quicker and less physically demanding to move between rows. Its compact design also makes positioning the lift easier, helping operators get back into the crop with less effort.
Easier to get on and off
Operators may enter and exit their platform dozens of times throughout a shift. The TEK-LIFT’s accessible design makes getting on and off quicker and easier than a conventional scissor-style platform, reducing unnecessary climbing and making everyday use more comfortable.
